Sales Channel Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and control a network of channel intermediaries to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and implement sales strategies for new deals, including product pricing recommendations.
• Estimate marketing budgets for clusters, including promotions, sales, and broker commissions.
• Create and maintain a database of channel partners and track their performance.
• Ensure the paperwork related to channel partner registration is up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements:
• A graduate or MBA degree.
• 15-18 years of experience in managing real estate sales in the North Zone.
