Key Responsibilities:

This role is responsible for managing all major aspects of channel management for the Site. It involves creating, managing, and controlling a network of channel intermediaries, as well as creating new channels to achieve cluster sales and making sales pitches to corporate and institutional players for the Site.

Budgeting and Cluster AOP:

The role requires providing inputs pertaining to sales performance, manpower requirements, market competition, sales projections, and other aspects as an input to AOP. Additionally, it involves estimating marketing budget for the cluster, including promotions, sales manpower, and broker commissions.

Sales Planning and Strategy:

The Sales Cluster Manager creates and recommends a sales strategy for achieving assigned sales targets, such as launch plans for new projects. They also assign sales targets to team members, track sales inventory through Sales Force SAP, and create a network of channel intermediaries.

Lead Generation:

The role involves ensuring the updation of leads database, exploring new opportunities for incorporating sales in the cluster, and making sales pitches to corporate and institutional bodies in the region.

Sales Administration:

The Sales Cluster Manager ensures the management of all aspects of after-sales relationships with customers, including booking sales into SAP, documentation of sales, billing, and collection.

Sales Accounting:

They update data into SAP, ensure sales data is maintained in the system, and review periodic MIS reports prepared by the team.

Process Adherence:

The role requires complying with company-defined guidelines and processes, adhering to project timelines, and identifying processes/procedures in their work area that need improvement.

Performance Management:

The Sales Cluster Manager defines and sets work objectives for team members, balances work allocation in the team, reviews tasks completed by team members, and conducts regular performance reviews.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have a Graduate/MBA degree and 1-5 years of experience in managing Real Estate sales in the North Zone.
