Strategic Business Growth and Placement Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our business development and placement efforts in a dynamic environment at International School of Management Excellence.
Responsibilities- Drive the institution's business growth strategies, enhancing its current portfolio and exploring new opportunities.
- Establish and maintain productive industry partnerships to generate employment opportunities for students.
- Develop and oversee marketing initiatives to promote the institution's offerings.
- Research organizations and individuals to identify new business and placement opportunities.
- Nurture relationships with clients/corporates and strengthen industry partnerships.
- Facilitate executive development programs and consulting projects.
- Post-graduation in management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 12+ years of relevant work experience preferably in placement, corporate relations, recruitment consulting, or marketing.
- Strong corporate contacts and good communication skills.
Candidates from Bangalore residing within 20 kms radius of the ISME campus or willing to relocate near the campus may apply.
Estimated Salary: ₹57,50,000 - ₹67,50,000 per annumDescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, placement, and marketing. They will be responsible for driving the institution's business growth strategies, generating employment opportunities for students, and developing marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and networking skills, as well as strong corporate contacts. They will be able to research organizations and individuals to find new business and placement opportunities, nurture relationships with clients/corporates, and facilitate executive development programs and consulting projects.
