At the International School of Management Excellence, we are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our business growth initiatives as our Head – Business Development/Placement Manager.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in driving business development strategies, enhancing portfolios, and fostering partnerships that yield tangible results.
We are looking for someone who can leverage their expertise to:
- Promote strategic partnerships between the institution and industry leaders, unlocking new avenues for collaboration and growth.
- Develop innovative marketing campaigns to elevate our brand presence and reach a wider audience.
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate partners, alumni, and community leaders, to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
- Cultivate a robust network of professionals, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A postgraduate degree in management or a related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in business development, corporate relations, recruitment consulting, or marketing.
- A strong network of industry contacts and a proven ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
Suitable candidates should be based in Bangalore, within a 20-kilometer radius of the ISME campus, or be willing to relocate.
