About the Position

This senior-level role will play a pivotal part in overseeing the planning and execution of high-profile events, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and deliver outstanding experiences for clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the events team in the planning and execution of various events, driving project timelines forward and managing resources effectively.
  • Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining a keen eye on ROI.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
  • Oversee vendor selection and management to ensure quality service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
  • Monitor event logistics and on-site operations to guarantee seamless execution.
  • Evaluate event success and provide actionable recommendations for future improvements.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in event planning and management, preferably in a leadership capacity.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining focus on quality.
