Strategic HR Leader

We're seeking an experienced HR professional to drive strategic people initiatives and shape our company culture.

This role is not about back-office tasks. You'll work closely with leadership, oversee end-to-end recruitment, streamline systems, design training programs, and ensure every person thrives.

  • Own end-to-end recruitment from campus drives to senior hires
  • Lead performance, KRA, and incentive systems (utilizing Keka)
  • Manage payroll, leave, onboarding, and grievance redressals
  • Design training programs, shape culture, and support event planning
  • Be the go-to person for both people and process

We're looking for:

  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years leading an HR Department
  • You've worked with Keka or a similar HRMS
  • Fluent in English & Hindi - both written and spoken
  • You believe in systems and people

This role comes with a clear path to becoming an HR Head / Chief People Officer within 2-3 years, direct exposure to leadership decisions, high-ownership, high-impact role and a chance to build something truly meaningful.
