About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief People Officer to drive organisational change and strengthen our people function during this crucial phase.

  • Support senior leadership in driving organisational change and people initiatives by providing expert HR guidance.
  • Take ownership of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compliance (labour laws) and employee relations ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, SOPs and appraisal systems aligned with business needs to enhance productivity and engagement.
  • Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation databases and MIS reports to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employees ensuring clarity transparency and responsiveness in all interactions.
  • Coordinate with external consultants auditors and statutory bodies as required to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Provide analytical insights on workforce data to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Key qualifications include 6-8 years of HR experience strong knowledge of HR operations compliance and payroll ability to work in a lean team environment with high accountability.

Preferred qualifications include manufacturingengineeringindustrial background completed schooling in an English-medium environment with strong written and verbal communication skills in English fluency in BengaliHindi will be considered an added advantage.
