Human Resources Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team.

  • This key role is responsible for championing talent initiatives, providing insightful guidance, and supporting across the entire employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be accountable for delivering advice, guidance, and support to leaders in executing talent programs and processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple tasks related to HR, benefits, sales, legal, and general administration matters.
  • Overseeing C-level and other projects on behalf of the executive team.
  • Developing HR, administrative best practices, policies, and procedures across various teams.
  • Leading and building a professional HR organization.
  • Managing company risk, governance, and compliance.
  • Proactively anticipating and driving the execution of HR programs related to enterprise talent offerings.
  • Providing proactive and insightful advice and guidance to leaders related to HR processes and programs.
  • Understanding data environments and leveraging insights in support of talent strategy development and execution.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to internal HR stakeholders, encouraging continuous learning and professional development.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess:

  • 4 years of relevant work experience as a Human Resources Manager.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams or projects requiring strong collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience partnering with leadership to provide proactive recommendations to business problems, projects, or initiatives.
