Head of Operations

This role leads the operational aspects of our MICE division, ensuring seamless event planning and delivery in Delhi.

  • This is a leadership position that oversees all end-to-end operations of MICE events, including logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, and team management.
  • The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals providing guidance, motivation, and performance management.
  • Closely collaborating with sales, marketing, and client relations to align operational execution with business goals.
  • Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers, venues, and service providers to secure competitive rates and quality services.
  • Conducting site inspections, assessing venues, and ensuring all event requirements are met.
  • Monitoring and evaluating operational efficiency, implementing process improvements, and driving cost optimization.
  • Overseeing compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards during event execution.
  • Handling risk management and contingency planning for seamless event delivery.
  • Preparing operational reports and MIS for senior management and clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
  • A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in event operations or related roles, with 3+ years' experience in MICE operations leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of the MICE industry, event management best practices, and vendor management.
  • Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, event management software, and reporting tools.
