Job Description:

The position of Commercial Sales Manager at Fairdeal Realtors Pvt. Ltd. is a key role that involves day-to-day sales operations in the commercial real estate market. Located in Mumbai, this full-time on-site position requires strong sales and relationship building skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling and meeting with potential clients
  • Sharing property-related proposals via email and following up with clients
  • Negotiation and closure of deals

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the commercial sector. They should demonstrate a proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue.

  • Strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent language skills in English (verbal and written)
