Job Description

This full-time position involves leading day-to-day sales activities in the commercial real estate sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales and relationship-building skills to engage clients effectively and close deals. Key responsibilities include cold calling, meeting setup, proposal sharing via email, follow-up communication, negotiation, and deal closure.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in the commercial sector
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating revenue
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of the Mumbai real estate market is mandatory
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Must have a 2-wheeler
