Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Sales Representative to join our team at Lexus Mumbai. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our automobile products and services to prospective customers through outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting outbound calls to engage with potential customers and present our product offerings.
  • Qualifying leads by assessing customer needs and providing personalized solutions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and lead information in our CRM system.
  • Following up with leads and prospects to ensure timely responses and maximize conversion rates.
  • Providing detailed product information to customers and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • An outgoing and confident personality, with a positive attitude and strong persuasion skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Familiarity with using CRM systems to manage leads and customer information.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with automotive financing options, warranties, and after-sales services.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Compensation:

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately ₹600,000 - ₹900,000, depending on experience and performance. This is a competitive compensation package that reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.
