About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive individual and team sales performance, achieve revenue targets, and manage a high-performing sales team in the IT staffing and staff augmentation domain.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead-generation strategies.Client Retention: Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and timely resolution of issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the team to design and execute strategies to meet sales targets and enhance the company's market presence in the staffing industry.Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, understand their staffing requirements, and offer customized solutions to meet their needs.Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring terms are profitable and aligned with company objectives.Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to identify new avenues for business growth.Reporting: Track and report sales activities, progress toward targets, and client feedback to the management team.Key Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in sales, with at least 4 years in staff augmentation, IT staffing, or recruitment services.
- Proven track record in lead generation, client relationship management, and closing deals.
- Experience managing a sales team and driving individual and team success.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand client challenges and provide effective staffing solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tools, and MS Office Suite.
