Salary
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to 25 LPA (depending on interview performance) with an attractive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth.
Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader who can assist the Business Head in designing and implementing strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the development of company-wide strategies and sales marketing plans for assigned territories;
Leading and guiding a high-performance sales team to achieve exceptional results;
Contributing to sales innovations and strategic business development initiatives;
Evaluating sales performance and formulating corrective action plans as needed;
Budgeting and managing daily operations to ensure revenue growth and profitability;
New market identification and developing business plans to expand into new territories;
Developing and maintaining awareness of competitors, customers, markets, and industry developments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or BSc Chemistry with an MBA in Sales and Marketing;
At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role for API business in ROW markets (APAC, LATAM, Africa);
Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills;
Excellent management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities;
Current working knowledge of the API industry and willingness to maintain your expertise;
Proficiency in any CRM platform (Salesforce, MS CRM, PBI).
