About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at ASSPL - Madhya Pradesh - E59. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our partners in the e-commerce space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of partners across India, focusing on tier 2/3 cities.
- Identify and recruit new sellers and selection from these cities, leveraging local knowledge to target key industry verticals.
- Implement standard operating processes to scale our working efficiently.
- Interface with internal teams to integrate sellers onto our systems, focusing on post-launch success.
- Lead data analysis to support sellers in achieving their goals.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Prior experience in e-commerce or sales is desirable.
