About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of partners across India, focusing on tier 2/3 cities.
  • Identify and recruit new sellers and selection from these cities, leveraging local knowledge to target key industry verticals.
  • Implement standard operating processes to scale our working efficiently.
  • Interface with internal teams to integrate sellers onto our systems, focusing on post-launch success.
  • Lead data analysis to support sellers in achieving their goals.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or sales is desirable.
