Key Responsibilities:


To manage our Sales Cluster in the Bank and help our sales representatives to achieve their targets and grow the business, while maintaining high persistency and productivity levels.


Key Performance Indicators:



  • Meeting sales targets, persistency and productivity levels
  • Managing and developing a high-performing sales team
  • Maintaining strong relationships with Bank staff and other stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with our policies and procedures

Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • At least 6 years of experience in banca sales, with at least 2 years of experience in leading teams
  • Strong sales and leadership skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
