Estimated Salary: ₹ 1200000 - 1500000 per annum
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Lead a team of marketers to deliver high-impact marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with senior colleagues to ensure alignment with broader University brand and recruitment strategies.
- Establish an intelligence-led approach to all planning and delivery, utilizing market research and data analysis to inform strategies and tactics.
- Manage the Schools marketing budget, ensuring spend is appropriately planned and monitored.
- Champion performance marketing initiatives to drive results.
Requirements:
- Full-time MBA from a recognized University with specialization in marketing and digital marketing subject level exposure/certification.
- 5-10 years of experience in marketing, with demonstrable success in developing and delivering comprehensive marketing programs.
- Proven ability to lead teams and provide marketing leadership and advice to non-marketing colleagues.
- Excellent creative skills, including copywriting and innovative approach to marketing campaigns.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and data analysis capabilities.
