Strategic Admissions Specialist

We are seeking an experienced admissions professional to design and implement innovative strategies that enhance student enrollment and promote our institution's brand. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills to drive successful outreach campaigns.
The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments, engage with prospective students and their families, and ensure compliance with institutional policies and regulations.

**Job Description**
- Liaise and network with renowned schools, educational institutions, coaching centers, polytechnics, colleges, ITIs, and tutorials.
- Responsible for achieving 100% targets through strategic planning and effective execution.
- Deliver career counseling sessions and collect quality student databases to support informed decision-making.
- Liaise with district career counselors, gram panchayats, and boards to facilitate permissions and activities.
- Distribute marketing collateral at examination centers and relevant locations.
- Conduct information sessions, campus tours, and outreach activities to engage prospective students.
- Promote our programs to potential students through education fairs, school visits, and open house events.
- Provide information on programs, scholarships, and admission requirements to prospective students.
- Update and utilize our CRM system to manage and track prospective student information.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities in respective regions, submitting a critical analysis report.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests and academic background.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; Master's preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of outreach activities, lead generation, educational sales, admissions activities.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and CRM systems.
- Prior experience in a similar role in an educational institution is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems and social media platforms.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse groups of students, parents, educational organizations, and internal stakeholders.
