Strategic Growth Specialist

This is a full-time remote position for a Strategic Growth Specialist at Kreateable. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to expand the customer base, fostering relationships with potential clients, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a sales team.
Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, generating reports, and creating proposals to achieve sales targets.
Total work experience in Business Development: 5 years and 1 or more in Digital Marketing.
The role requires exposure to the US/Canada market with a minimum of 2.5 years and IT Sales closures with at least 2.5 years of experience.
A good command over English is essential, with a neutral or American accent preferred.
Candidates must be open to working remotely and within US working hours.
Prior experience in demo/presentations, closed sales, and knowledge of data mining and CRM tools is highly valued.
The monthly sales target should be around $5000 USD.
An immediate joiner is required.
- The ideal candidate will be involved in closing sales directly and with shorter sales cycles.
