Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize your expertise to identify and attract top candidates for our job openings.
  • Scheduling and Interview Coordination: Effectively schedule interviews and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Onboarding and Employee Management: Welcome new hires onto our platform, providing them with a seamless onboarding experience and managing our team of interns and employees.
  • Sourcing Strategy and Training: Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned jobs and train new interns/employees in hiring best practices.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our referrer calling team, marketing team, and managers to understand technical aspects of jobs and coordinate efforts.
Job Requirements
