Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Executive to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, streamlining processes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Benchmark industry standards for background checks and offer approvals.
  • Promote operations excellence through strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
  • Craft and implement effective joining formalities, software implementation strategies, and employee onboarding programs.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training programs to enhance skill sets and knowledge.
  • Foster a culture of safety by establishing and enforcing protocols and guidelines.
  • Administer payroll, PF/ESIC/gratuity, salary preparation, and attendance management.
  • Negotiate notice periods and ensure seamless transition of employees.
  • Design, develop, and implement robust HR policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of Form II, CTC calculations, asset management, health and safety protocols, and miscellaneous tasks.
  • Collaborate with legal consultants to discuss labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to minimum wages, apprentice acts, and other applicable laws.
  • Coordinate security measures, cleanliness, housekeeping, IT infrastructure, CCTV, ELV, and asset management.
  • Provide administrative support for insurance claims and benefits.

Requirements:

To excel in this position, you must have a strong foundation in HR principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software applications.
