About the Role

As a Senior Business Manager at Livspace, you will be responsible for overseeing the success of our franchise owners and their teams in sales and design processes. Your expertise will drive business growth and operational efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sales Funnel Management: Help partners achieve higher conversion rates by optimizing sales strategies and providing guidance on sales funnel management.
  • Project Management: Oversee the design and delivery of 12 to 15 projects per month, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Management: Lead a team of designers and site delivery personnel, driving performance and output quality.
  • Talent Acquisition and Training: Collaborate with partners to hire skilled designers, conduct technical interviews, and provide training to ensure predictable sales and design output.
  • Customer Experience: Foster strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns to ensure exceptional service.
  • Market Feedback: Work closely with category teams and cross-functional teams to gather market insights and feedback, informing business decisions.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Guide and manage coordination with vendors and business partners throughout project execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A degree in Architecture or Interior Design, preferably from a Tier I institute, along with a post-graduation degree in Project Management or Construction Management.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.
  • Technical Expertise: Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs, as well as proficiency in digital and technology initiatives.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality and customer satisfaction, and ability to work well under pressure while maintaining independence.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
