Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Kolkata. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the site office, answering and screening incoming phone calls, ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable, providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, handling administrative responsibilities of the office, updating calendars and scheduling meetings, arranging travel and accommodations, and keeping updated records of office expenses and costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in receptionist activities, be comfortable with the Kolkata Rajarhat area, and possess excellent communication skills in English, Bengali, and Hindi.
