Job Summary

Naukripay is seeking a skilled Front Office Coordinator to provide exceptional administrative support to our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for managing the flow of visitors, directing them to the correct person or department, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front office area, including greeting visitors, signing in, and issuing security passes
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, appointments, and reservations
  • Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and payments
  • Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A GCSE or equivalent qualification and relevant work experience are also desirable.
