Job Summary
At Naukripay, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our team. Key Responsibilities
• Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and confirm appointments
• Handle mail, packages, and other correspondence
• Maintain office inventory, supplies, and equipment
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
• Assist with HR tasks, such as recruitment and onboarding

Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in a front desk or administrative role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software
• High school diploma or equivalent required
