Resort Front Desk Professional

We are seeking a seasoned Front Office Assistant/ Front office executive to join our team at Protima Hotel and resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing online and telephonic bookings, and verifying guests' payment methods during check-in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Service and Check-In/Check-Out: Welcome guests, manage reservations, and verify payment methods.
- Reservation Management: Receive and manage online and telephonic bookings.
- Communication and Information: Provide guests with hotel information and stay up-to-date on local attractions.
- Room Assignment and Services: Assign rooms, inform guests of hotel specials, and organize transport services.
- Event Hosting: Serve as a host at conferences and ensure event preparations are made.
Requirements:
- Hotel Management: Experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Appearance and Competency: Well-presented and professional appearance, competency with Microsoft Office, and ability to learn on the job.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours.
