Hotel Operations Leader

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with extensive experience in overseeing hotel operations, ensuring high service standards, and driving operational success.

This leadership role is pivotal in maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction, promoting the property within the hospitality industry, local community, and trade associations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day hotel operations, manage all operational matters, and support the General Manager.
  • Departmental Management: Assign duties to Heads of Departments (HODs), monitor performance, and ensure compliance with hotel policies and standard operating procedures.
  • Public Relations: Act as the hotel's Public Relations representative to promote the property within the hospitality industry, local community, and trade associations.
  • Guest Feedback: Monitor guest feedback across platforms and drive the service recovery process.
  • Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all operational controls, SOPs, policies, and service standards.
  • Emergency Response: Be available 24/7 to respond to any guest or staff emergencies.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team for corporate client handling and new client acquisition as needed.
