Director of Financial Operations

About this role:
We are seeking a seasoned Finance Director to lead our Finance & Accounts function. This individual will play a pivotal part in driving strategic financial planning, governance, and business partnering to support long-term growth.
The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant with proven leadership experience in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies.
This senior position requires a deep understanding of finance operations, risk management, and statutory compliance. The successful candidate will be able to provide financial insights and recommendations to our leadership team and drive budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and reporting processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the overall Finance function including Accounting, FP&A, Taxation, Compliance, and Risk Management.
- Providing financial expertise to inform business decisions.
- Developing and implementing financial systems, processes, and automation.
- Mentoring and developing the finance team to build a high-performance culture.
- Managing relationships with external auditors, banks, consultants, and investors.
Requirements:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 15+ years of experience in finance leadership roles.
- Prior experience in SaaS, Digital Technology, or IT Product companies.
- Exposure to global finance practices and investor relations.
