Job Overview

The Operations Director will lead the day-to-day store activities, ensuring seamless product replenishment, stock organization, and inventory management. This role demands exceptional analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Product Knowledge & Report Analysis: Stay up-to-date with products, including shoes, accessories, and fabric information. Analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stock Receiving at Store: Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of stock. Maintain accurate records of stock organization in the stock room.
  • Stock Room Optimization: Maximize storage space, manage inventory levels, and implement security procedures to maintain a secure and organized stock room environment.
  • Stock Transfer: Monitor and control stock transfers between stores, adhering to deadlines and providing feedback on transfer lists.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with managers to plan inventory preparation, ensure timely completion of inventory checks, and allocate manpower accordingly.
  • Floor Operations: Support department managers in maintaining smooth floor operations, ensuring all processes are followed correctly.
  • Productivity Enhancement: Assist in managing store productivity, working closely with Store Managers to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
