Job Title: Director of Technical Operations

We are seeking an experienced leader to spearhead our India-based technical operations, focusing on the development of innovative AI-enabled health analytics and risk management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams of software engineers, data scientists, and other technical staff in the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-level health analytics and risk management solutions.
  • Manage the development of full-stack software solutions for health risk, clinical summarization, and health equity analytics.
  • Build out internal service tools and platforms that process healthcare datasets, EHR, claim, and care management data.
  • Continuously improve project management tools and processes to optimize team performance and results.
  • Encourage innovation and out-of-the-box thinking.
  • Guide the team's ability to transform business problems into practical data- and AI-driven health analytics solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 10+ years of experience in managing technical teams, including experience with cloud computing, data processing, and data science.
  • Extensive team building and leadership experience, excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Degree in computer science, math, statistics, or another engineering field.

Required Skills:

  • Strong executive presence, ability to interface effectively with US leadership.
  • Experience working with healthcare data and/or in the healthcare domain.
  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
