Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through open market sourcing and relationship management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) products, credit assessment, and documentation processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building and maintaining strong business relationships with clients and intermediaries.

In this role, you will identify and acquire new customers by generating leads and converting prospects through direct sales and channel partners. You will also provide clients with product information, eligibility criteria, documentation support, and regular updates on their application status.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in Home Loan and LAP verticals is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and intermediaries.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented individual with the ability to work independently in the field.
