Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for Loan Against Property through open market sourcing and relationship building.
  • Identify and acquire new customers by generating leads and converting prospects via direct sales and channel partnerships.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with clients and intermediaries to drive consistent lead flow.
  • Ensure timely and compliant closure of cases by adhering to standardized internal processes and documentation norms.
  • Provide clients with product information, eligibility criteria, documentation support, and regular updates on their application status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth processing and disbursement.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to better serve customers and optimize acquisition strategies.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Prior experience in Home Loan and LAP verticals is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of LAP products, credit assessment, and documentation procedures is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A self-motivated and target-oriented individual with the ability to work independently is preferred.
  • Freshers with relevant internships or sales experience may also apply.
  • Educational Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream is acceptable.
