About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Interior Designer to lead our commercial office projects. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating functional, aesthetic, and future-ready workspaces for corporates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive design strategies for commercial office interiors.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Create space planning, conceptual designs, mood boards, and 3D presentations that meet client expectations.
- Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with project goals.
- Review and approve detailed drawings before project commencement.
- Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with safety codes, building regulations, and sustainability standards throughout the project.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 4–7 years of experience in commercial office interiors, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing workplace design projects, highlighting your creativity and technical skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office applications.
- Detailed knowledge of materials, furniture systems, and MEP coordination.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with industry-leading design software and tools.
- Experience with sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and universal design principles.
