Interior Architect Position

We are seeking an Interior Architect with a passion for creating functional and beautiful workplace interiors that reflect clients' vision and objectives.

This role involves collaborating with designers, architects, strategists, brand designers, and other professionals throughout all phases of the project. The focus will be on designing corporate workplace interiors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with team members to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations
  • Apply outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to communicate design ideas to clients
  • Develop detailed design documentation using SketchUp and AUTOCAD (2D)
  • Create realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept
  • Select furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories to ensure cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs
  • Follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure safe and industry-standard compliant designs
  • Work with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and within productivity and quality targets
  • Attend meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and provide guidance and advice
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong technical skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD (2D), Photoshop, and Enscape
  • Excellent conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate design ideas and direction effectively and quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and technical abilities
  • Flexibility to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors)
  • Proven experience in workplace interior design
  • Creative and innovative thinking, with an ability to deliver unique and inspiring designs
  • A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design style
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
