ServiceNow Leader Job Opportunity

Looking for a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead, develop and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit. We are seeking someone with a deep understanding of the industry, trends, competition, challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development and growth of a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.
  2. Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Manage and oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions in multiple accounts with P&L responsibility.
  4. Drive delivery of high-quality client implementations and achieve excellent customer satisfaction (CSS) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) results.
  5. Grow the business in current accounts through strategic planning, account management and sales efforts.

Requirements:

  1. 18+ years of experience with the last 2-3 years in the role of a ServiceNow practice leader in an IT services company.
  2. Deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including company and product roadmap, various products, platforms and ServiceNow offerings, market trends and competitor enterprise products.
  3. Experience in handling global responsibility, including US, Europe, UK and APAC regions.
  4. Excellent communication and networking skills, with ability to manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment.
