Job Description:

The ideal candidate has strong technical, analytical skills, thinks outside the box and is naturally curious, highly collaborative. They will have a passion for tackling complex problems.

This role involves working with business stakeholders to analyse and review detailed business and technical requirements. The goal is to develop and implement technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform, focusing on ITOM and related modules such as CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Map and Event/Alert Management.

  • Design, develop, test and configure business requirements on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on ITOM, CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Maps, Event/Alert Management, Asset Management, Performance Analytics and AIOps.
  • Capture requirements from business stakeholders through demonstrations and workshops.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for development of user stories, configurations and delivery within agreed timelines.
  • Configure modules, develop custom solutions as required through scripting and software development.
  • Prepare high-level design (HLD), low-level design (LLD) and technical documentation as specified.
  • Work with the platform team to update technology direction and strategy, manage BAU tasks.
  • Provide value-based assessments and workshops to help maximize business results from the ServiceNow software.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and maintain technical solutions using ServiceNow ITOM modules.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse and review business and technical requirements.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules according to business needs.
  • Develop and maintain application code, user interfaces and integration components.
  • Create and maintain necessary development documentation.
