
Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
">• Lead the end-to-end management of proposal creation, from initial request for proposal (RFP)/tender analysis to submission.
">• Collaborate with sales, product, technical, and finance teams to develop accurate and competitive pricing strategies.
">• Ensure compliance with client requirements, contractual terms, and internal policies.
">• Draft, structure, and review commercial content for bids, proposals, and tender documents.
">• Maintain a library of proposal templates, case studies, and reference materials to streamline future submissions.
">• Monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to improve proposal effectiveness.
">• Conduct risk assessments for each proposal and ensure mitigation plans are documented.
">• Coordinate timely approvals from management and key stakeholders before submission deadlines.
">• Track proposal outcomes, win/loss ratios, and provide insights for continuous improvement
">• Support contract negotiations following successful bid submissions, in collaboration with legal and commercial teams.
">Qualifications and Skills:
">• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or any related field.
">• 5-8 years' experience in proposals, bid management or similar role
">• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
">• Proficiency in MS Office(PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
">• Knowledge of proposals tools and software is a plus
