Job Overview:

We seek a strategic HR professional to drive operational success by delivering core HR services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Align HR practices with business needs, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
  • Design and execute onboarding programs for new hires, enhancing their integration into the team.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances; support issue resolution in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Collaborate with managers on performance management, including feedback, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Maintain HR dashboards and leverage data insights to monitor key people metrics like attrition, engagement, and productivity.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives that cultivate a collaborative workplace culture.
  • Support organizational change efforts through effective communication and employee alignment during transitions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3-7 years of experience in generalist or HRBP roles, with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (from a reputable institution).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships across levels.
  • Experience in managing employee relations, inductions, and supporting performance processes.
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities, with attention to detail and process adherence.
