Job Description

We are seeking a visionary HR Manager to spearhead our team culture and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding: Drive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across design, marketing, and operations. Develop compelling job descriptions and manage end-to-end hiring process. Collaborate with leadership to forecast and fulfill staffing needs. Build employer branding initiatives to position us as a preferred place to work.
  • People & Culture: Cultivate a creative, inclusive, and high-trust work culture. Plan and execute employee engagement programs, team-building events, and wellness initiatives. Design onboarding and orientation experiences that reflect our values.
  • Performance & Growth: Define KRAs, review cycles, and learning goals for all departments. Drive performance appraisals, goal-setting, and leadership development initiatives. Recommend training programs and upskilling opportunities for our teams.
  • Compliance & HR Operations: Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance. Manage payroll inputs, attendance, leaves, and employee records. Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions with empathy and professionalism.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
