Job Description:

The role of a Senior HR Executive at an esteemed organization revolves around maintaining and updating employee records within our Human Resource Management System. This involves efficiently managing and processing data to ensure seamless operations.

Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRMS software
  • Preparing and analyzing comprehensive HR reports and dashboards for management review
  • Designing and implementing policies that foster a healthy work environment, promoting employee well-being and job satisfaction
  • Managing and resolving employee inquiries and grievances in a timely, professional manner
  • Developing and executing training programs aimed at enhancing professional growth and skill development
  • Driving initiatives to boost employee engagement and cultivate a positive work culture
  • Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that fosters high standards of performance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR executive or generalist role
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and proficiency in HR tools/software
  • Experience with HRMS systems
  • Expertise in MS Excel, including advanced formulas and data analysis techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Key Skills Required:

  • Advanced Excel skills, with hands-on experience for at least 2-3 years
  • Hands-on experience with macros, pivot tables, MS Office, and Power BI (additional)
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets, comprising minimum 2000+ employees
