HR Generalist

We are seeking a results-driven HR professional to oversee all aspects of our HR operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.

• Manage day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and organizational goals.
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle including job postings, interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
• Support current and future business needs through staff development, engagement, motivation, and retention.
• Address management and employee relations by resolving demands, grievances, or other issues.
• Manage performance review processes and work with department heads on performance improvement plans.
• Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth.
• Maintain legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements.
• Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Master's degree in HR or a related field.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with payroll systems and employee engagement tools.
