Revenue Generation and Wallet Share Expansion:
- Create opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services.
Solution Design and Client Issue Resolution:
- Collaborate to develop customized solutions meeting client needs.
- Manage issues working closely with fulfilment teams.
Reporting and Performance Analysis:
- Track performance metrics prepare reports on new client acquisition engagement levels.
- Analyze data to refine strategies.
