Solution Design and Client Issue Resolution:

  • Collaborate to develop customized solutions meeting client needs.
  • Manage issues working closely with fulfilment teams.

Reporting and Performance Analysis:

  • Track performance metrics prepare reports on new client acquisition engagement levels.
  • Analyze data to refine strategies.
