Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries and sectors.
You will develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and acquire high-value corporate accounts, aligning with company growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities to expand the corporate client base
- Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets and acquire high-value corporate accounts
- Cultivate, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key corporate accounts
- Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions
- Lead and expertly handle complex commercial negotiations with corporate clients
- SUCCESSFULLY close corporate deals, demonstrating strong persuasive skills
- Provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to enhance the sales team's skills and capabilities
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform and adapt sales strategies
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in corporate/B2B sales with a minimum of 10-13 years of relevant experience
- Active team handling experience; this is not a standalone contributor role
- Prior experience in the E-commerce, QSR (Quick Service Restaurant), or Bakery/Food industry
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Superior interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, influence stakeholders, and negotiate effectively with corporate clients at all levels
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proven track record of successfully leading, motivating, and developing sales teams to achieve ambitious targets
