
Senior Business Development Manager

As a Senior Associate, you will contribute to the development of corporate and business unit strategies, evaluate market opportunities, structure problems, conduct analyses, and support end-to-end project delivery. Key areas of focus include strategy development, growth initiatives, go-to-market design, market entry, digital transformation projects.

Required experience and qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in strategy consulting or relevant corporate roles
- 1-3 years of experience in consumer, retail or industrials sector
- An MBA from a top tier institution
- Practical exposure in one or more of the following areas:
- Corporate and Business Unit Strategy
- Growth Strategy, Market Entry, Go-to-Market Design
- Organizational or Digital Transformation
- Business development, marketing, or sales strategy
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools to structure and communicate insights
- Ability to adapt across industries and business issues, showing a solid understanding of market dynamics and enterprise levers
- Demonstrated experience in leading or co-leading workstreams and contributing to impactful client outcomes
