Strategic Partnership Development Role

A pivotal position for a business development manager in the employer-employee segment focuses on forging strategic partnerships with corporate clients to drive group term life (GTL) business growth. The incumbent will devise, analyze, and implement strategies to capture new GTL opportunities, ensure comprehensive coverage of broker channels across assigned geographies, and leverage established relationships to build pipelines of potential clients across the group employee product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identifying and acquiring new corporate partners as milestones for GTL business expansion within designated regions.
  • Developing, analyzing, and refining strategies to propel new GTL business growth.
  • Ensuring thorough coverage of broker channels across assigned territories.
  • Converting pipeline opportunities into tangible customer acquisitions to meet performance targets.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong background in employer-employee sales and account management.
  • In-depth knowledge of employer-employee products and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging at senior executive levels.
  • Independence and ability to influence stakeholders.
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Postgraduate degree: MBA.
  • 4-12 years of relevant experience.
