About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Associate Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop client relationships, drive new business development, and create new revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities for growth and development
- Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand existing ones
- Cross-sell and up-sell services to existing clients to increase revenue
- Build expertise and specialisation in the chosen market to deliver exceptional results
- Provide expert advice to clients on recruitment solutions and career guidance
- Lead mid-senior leadership hiring projects for clients and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Create and maintain a comprehensive candidate database in your discipline
- Navigate complex stakeholder dynamics to achieve commercial objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A proven track record of sales and account management experience in a B2B environment
- Strong knowledge of the finance/BFSI domain and its trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- A bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school, or equivalent experience in consulting
