Job Summary

  • Lead the onboarding process for new corporate clients, ensuring a smooth transition and exceptional client experience.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key decision-makers within targeted organizations, positioning our bank as a trusted partner for payroll and employee banking solutions.
  • Collaborate with product and proposition teams to develop customized solutions that meet the needs of employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research & Client Identification: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers within these organizations. Build a network of connections to initiate and develop relationships with prospective corporate clients.
  • Relationship Development: Develop and maintain strategic relationships with HR, finance, and procurement teams of targeted clients.
  • Client Engagement: Regularly engage with clients to understand their banking needs and liaison with product, proposition and fulfilment teams to provide tailored solutions.
  • Revenue Generation: Create opportunities with clients to cross sell and upsell our products and services.
  • Client Issue Resolution: Manage any issues or challenges faced by stakeholders, working closely with fulfilment teams to ensure quick and effective resolutions.
  • Performance Analysis: Track performance metrics, prepare reports on new client acquisition, engagement levels, and revenue contribution.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Proven track record of success in a similar role.
