Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Work Domain

- B2B Sales
- Corporate Sales (Bad Debt Recovery, Credit Management)

Qualifications

- Graduate in any stream (Mandatory)
- Postgraduate degree is a plus

Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, B2B Sales, or Corporate Sales
- Prior experience in client acquisition, corporate account handling, or credit services preferred

Key Responsibilities

Market Analysis & Research

- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape.

Prospecting & Lead Generation

- Identify and profile potential clients across sectors.
- Generate leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Client Presentations

- Create and deliver engaging, customized presentations to potential clients.

Client Meetings & Follow-ups

- Conduct client meetings across India (Pan India travel required).
- Ensure consistent follow-up and timely communication.

Commercial Drafting & Agreements

- Collaborate with internal teams to draft proposals and agreements.
- Negotiate and finalize business terms with clients.

Sales Closures & Target Achievement

- Drive end-to-end sales cycle and close deals effectively.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management

- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Growth & Development

- Contribute to month-on-month business growth.
- Pursue continuous learning and professional development.
