
Sales Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team. As a key member of our business development operations, you will be responsible for driving increased quarterly sales targets, productivity, and business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive & achieve increased quarterly sales targets, productivity & business development operations
- Ideating & training the team to enhance the brand awareness and enhance sales engine
- Generating leads organically and inorganically
- Aggressively drive the sales numbers and achieve the business targets for Prime home loans and through cross-selling while continuing to enhance and upgrade client relationships
- Maximize Sales through a Digital Channel (DMA)/ DSA / Direct Sales / CA / Builders by effectively managing connector and builder relationships to ensure strong business
- Identify and maintain key builder/channel relationship

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
