Job Title: Senior Hospitality Operations Manager

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Weekdays)

Key Responsibilities:

  • We oversee daily hotel operations and provide operational support to the General Manager.
  • We assign tasks to department heads and monitor performance to ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • We serve as the hotel's representative in the hospitality industry, local community, and trade associations.
  • We track guest feedback across platforms and drive service recovery processes.
  • We ensure full compliance with operational controls, policies, and service standards.
  • We resolve guest complaints promptly and implement effective service recovery strategies.
  • We maintain accurate records, including cash flow sheets, guest floor limits, AR aging reports, direct billing, etc.
  • We foster owner loyalty through proactive communication and deliver consistent business results.
  • We assist the General Manager in addressing key property issues, including capital projects, guest services, and refurbishments.
  • We build strong relationships with hotel staff, department heads, and other departments to enhance overall efficiency and execution of special events.
  • We conduct regular audits on par stock to ensure all necessary hotel supplies are adequately stocked.
  • We ensure effective and timely communication regarding hotel policies and procedures.
  • We are available 24/7 to respond to any guest or staff emergencies.
  • We collaborate with the sales team for corporate client handling and new client acquisition as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within hotel operations.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts (7 PM to 4 AM IST), Monday through Saturday.
